Crustless bacon and spinach quiche

-6 eggs
-half an onion
-2 cup of frozen(thawed out)spinach
-6 slices of bacon
-1-2 cups of cheese( I used an italian blend)
-salt and pepper about 1/4-1/2 tsp each.

Cook the bacon. while that's cooking cut up your onions. Once the bacon's cooked saute the onions until they are soft. Let them cool off and then add all the ingredients together leaving a little cheese out to put on top halfway through the cooking. Bake on 350 for 30-45 min or until cooked all the way through. Enjoy.
